Terms and conditions of use and purchase
By visiting our website and using our services you agree and accept the following terms and conditions:
1. PRODUCT PRICES
Our prices include value added tax (VAT) amounting to 19%.
For purchases made in third countries (non European Union Members) VAT will be deducted from the prices as presented.
2. PAYMENT
You may choose the method of payment of your preference among:
• Payment by credit card
• Payment to the bank account of EthnicShop
• Payment on delivery

3. METHOD OF DISPATCH AND TIME OF DELIVERY
The goods will be dispatched according to your choice:
If you choose to pay with credit card or with bank acount deposit then you will be charged with the following.
- Through ACS (Courier service). The charge for this service is €3,50 for national delivery and €17,00 for Cyprus.
- Through Greek post office. The charge for this service is €3,00 for national delivery, €12,00 for Cyprus and €13,00 for the countries abroad.
If you choose to pay with cash on delivery service then you will be charged with an extra fee for "cash on delivery service". This fee is included in shipping service cost and is as follow.
- Through ACS (Courier service). The charge for this service is €6,00 for national delivery.
Shipping services discounts
- For delivery in Greece with order value more than €50,00 we give you 30% discount at your shipping service and for order value more than €100,00 the shipping service is for free.
- For delivery abroad with order value more that €100,00 we give you 50% discount at your shipping charges.
The above charges are not included in the value of the goods as presented.
Your orders will be sent from the day of the order and until no later than one month after this, depending on the distance, availability of the product, any special order, ie special order for different size of products etc
In the absence of the product ordered or delay in delivery due to force majeure (weather, strike etc.) we will contact you to confirm if you want to complete your order.
4. WITHDRAWAL – REFUND
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased you may return it within ten days of receipt, under the condition that the product is in the same condition in which you received it (i.e. without having violated the packaging) along with the receipt of retail selling and packaging and you will receive your refund within thirty days from the date we receive the returned product.
In this case you will be charged with the cost of returning the product.
5. PERSONAL DATA
EthnicShop respects your personal data and declares that it will not disclose, publish, sell, lease, exchange or in any way make any unauthorized use of your personal data and information that is trusted to us. After your application, your personal data will be deleted and will not be granted or used by anyone else.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of this website is intellectual property of EthnicShop-jewels and accessories and third parties legally contracted. Any reproduction of designs, copy or in any other way violation of intellectual property rights accruing from the products presented on this website is strictly forbidden.
